Product Description

The double-exciter vibrating screen features a simplified eccentric shaft exciter and adjustable amplitude via偏块. Powered by an electric motor connected through a universal coupling, the two sets of exciters embedded in the screen frame rotate to generate vibration. The screen frame itself is constructed with side plates, channel steel, round tube beams, and reinforcing plates. This versatile machine can be used for fine screening of materials after coarse crushing, as well as for material distribution screening or as a grading separator for final product classification.
