The linear vibrating feeder features a dual-eccentric-shaft exciter design, ensuring stable amplitude and delivering a high feed capacity. The feeder is available in two structural designs: plate-type and bar-grid type. The plate-type feeder is commonly used in aggregate production lines, evenly distributing materials into crushing equipment. Meanwhile, the bar-grid type feeder can perform preliminary coarse screening of materials, offering a more rational design. It is widely applied in crushing and screening systems across industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical engineering, and grinding machinery sectors.

The vibrating feeder primarily uses the eccentricity generated by the rotation of pulleys, flywheels, and an eccentric shaft to induce vibrations in the machine, enabling automatic feeding. Weights are attached to the pulleys and flywheels, allowing users to adjust the amplitude—either by adding or removing these weights—to meet the specific needs of different applications.

This product features a speed-regulating motor, which adjusts the feeder's speed by controlling the motor's rotational speed, making material feeding regulation more convenient and straightforward. The bearings are lubricated with grease, offering superior cooling and lubrication performance compared to traditional methods—and thus extending the lifespan of the bearings. The equipment is primarily used in combined crushing and screening systems across industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical engineering, and abrasive manufacturing.

The feeder can be either of a steel-plate structure or a grating structure.
