In situations where the handling locations for bulk-packaged grain or other small-particle materials—such as ports, docks, stations, coal yards, warehouses, construction sites, aggregate quarries, farms, and more—frequently shift, these systems are ideal for short-distance transportation and loading/unloading of bulk materials or individual items weighing up to 100 kg.

This conveyor can be divided into two main categories: lift-type and non-lift-type. The conveyor belt is driven by an electric drum, while the lifting and movement of the entire unit are entirely non-motorized.

1. The mobile dual-purpose bag-handling conveyor belt is ideal for transporting, loading/unloading, stacking, forming piles, and transferring various materials—such as bulk-packaged grains or other small granular commodities—in warehouse operations. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, easily connected in series with multiple units, or integrated seamlessly with other warehouse machinery. Featuring a simple hand-operated worm-gear reduction mechanism, it ensures safe and reliable lifting and lowering.

2. The conveyor features both fast and slow speed settings to accommodate the varying requirements of bulk and packaged materials, enhancing equipment utilization and enabling versatile, multi-purpose functionality.

3. Side guide tubes are installed on both sides of the rack to prevent grain bags from falling off during transport. Additionally, adjustable handles are fitted on either side of the feeding hopper to prop up the side panels, minimizing grain spillage and ensuring smooth bulk grain conveyance.

4. Both large and small walking wheels are made of solid rubber to prevent crushing grain and damaging warehouse floors.

5. Both the large and small casters are equipped with ball bearings, and the small caster features automatic steering, ensuring smooth and effortless movement of the machine.

6. The rack features a welded truss structure, providing sufficient strength and excellent rigidity even under concentrated loads during transportation.
