A buffer bed is used at the material discharge point below the belt conveyor's feeding chute to reduce impact at the receiving point and prevent belt tearing.

1. The buffer strip is made by vulcanizing high-density polyethylene board, natural rubber, and aluminum alloy—it’s stable and highly reliable.

2. The surface material of the buffer strip—ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene—is smooth and highly wear-resistant, reducing friction and extending its lifespan. Meanwhile, the high-elastic rubber in the buffer’s middle layer effectively cushions the impact of materials on the belt, providing superior protection for the belt itself.

3. The design on both sides of the buffer bed features a detachable, easy-to-disassemble structure, making future maintenance and upkeep convenient—saving both labor and significantly reducing repair costs.
