Product Description

1. The TD75 belt conveyor is a general-purpose conveyor designed for use in industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, and hydropower. It efficiently transports various bulk materials—such as lump or granular substances—with a bulk density ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 tons/m³—and can also be used to convey unitized items.

2. The TD75 belt conveyor comes in six belt widths: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400 millimeters.

3. The TD75 belt conveyor is available with two types of belts: standard rubber belts and plastic belts. It is suitable for operating environments with temperatures ranging from -15°C to +40°C. When conveying materials that are partially acidic, alkaline, oily, or contain organic solvents, it is necessary to use either oil-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant rubber belts or specialized plastic belts.

4. The TD75 conveyor consists of a drive unit, head frame, head guard, hopper, intermediate frame, tail frame, tensioning device, material guide chute, support legs, drive pulley, return pulley, trough-shaped idler roller assembly, and parallel idler roller assembly, among other components.
