The plow-type discharger features electrical overload protection and a self-locking mechanism. It adopts a dual-plowhead design, with adjustable clearance between the plowheads; the second plowhead is equipped with a floating mechanism. The primary plowhead is made from wear-resistant material that effectively prevents damage to the conveyor belt, while the secondary plow blade boasts exceptional elasticity, ensuring thorough removal of residual coal. Additionally, the secondary plowhead is crafted from a polyurethane composite material, offering low friction, superior abrasion resistance, high strength, remarkable elasticity, and consistently reliable material-scraping performance. Both lifting and lowering of the plowhead can be performed either electrically or manually, providing flexible operation and precise positioning. This ensures clean coal discharge, smooth running, and effortless plowhead movement. Meanwhile, the drive mechanism’s articulated joints rotate smoothly without any vibration or jamming during operation. The electric actuator is fitted with limit switches and torque protection devices, enabling both remote centralized control and on-site manual operation—perfectly suited for seamless integration of centralized and programmed control across the entire system.
